Patient registration and future transactions require a physician referral PIN which is alphanumeric for additional security. Practitioners supply the PIN to patients and the only contact patients have with Natural Dispensary is centered around the ordering process.

Monthly reports regarding patients’ orders are sent to practitioners’ offices.

Convenient hours - Natural Dispensary is available to take orders:

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Saturdays
10:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST

Patients can place orders, examine product fact sheets, and review their online purchase history (e-mail address and referral PIN required) at their convenience on Natural Dispensary’s website.

Patients may enroll in a convenient recurring order program to ensure uninterrupted supply of product.

Natural Dispensary will bill patients and a confirmation can be sent via e-mail, allowing patients to track shipments.
